Getting on site
Site access request
Who comes on site, when, and on what condition.
The situation
An industrial site receives outside workers every day. Before they arrive you must check they are expected, cleared and authorised for the time window concerned — then check again at the gate, in seconds, without keeping a lorry waiting.
What the module does
The contractor submits the request online: purpose of the job, dates, people, vehicles. The request follows an approval workflow.
Once granted, it sets the access rights precisely — working days, weekends, public holidays, out-of-hours.
At the gatehouse the officer works from a single screen: who is on site, entry and exit control, authorisation, and printing of the evacuation list.
The rule that makes the difference
A request cannot be approved if one of the workers has no valid safety induction, as soon as the type of job requires it or the duration passes the configured threshold.
Key benefits
- No uncleared worker on site, by design
- A gatehouse that decides quickly, on reliable information
- The evacuation list always current — the screen that matters on the day it matters
- A complete entry and exit history, usable and defensible
