The situation
Everyone working on site must have completed its safety induction first. Run in person, it ties up a trainer, forces a time slot, and expires after a year — for hundreds of people.
What the module does
The worker receives an invitation, goes through the site material (document or video), signs electronically, then answers a questionnaire.
Above the required score the certificate is issued, valid for one year. Renewal sessions are created automatically before it expires.
The rule that makes the difference
An expired clearance blocks the site access request: induction and entry are not two separate subjects.
