Privacy policy
Processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
Data controller
Data collected through this site is processed by HELIUM Technologies, Imm. Dothipolis – Imp. Serge Rinaldo – Parc de Providence, 97139 Les Abymes. Contact : contact@helium-technologies.com.
Data collected
This site only collects data when you choose to fill in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), type of site and the content of your message. No data is collected without your knowledge, and the site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Audience measurement
We measure site traffic with an in-house tool, with no cookies and no third-party service. No IP address is retained: visitors are counted using a short-lived identifier, recalculated each day from a random salt, which makes it impossible to follow anyone from one day to the next or across sites. Of the site you arrive from, only the domain name is kept, never the full address. These measurements stay strictly internal and are shared with no one. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal is honoured.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, together with the legitimate interest of Helium Technologies in responding to commercial enquiries.
Recipients
The data is sent by email to the Helium Technologies staff responsible for commercial follow-up. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and maintain the commercial relationship, then archived or deleted [period to be confirmed, e.g. 3 years after the last contact].
Security
This is a static website with no exposed database. Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and the form is protected against automated submissions. The data you send is not stored on the website itself.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@helium-technologies.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
